Introducing diameter as a vectorised parameter of Expiration. This is a first step towards a fully diameter-dependent model.

The idea is to input the aerosol diameter (which ultimately will be sampled through the BLO distribution function, as for other Monte-Carlo sampled parameters). Here, since we set the diameter(s) in input, the BLO distribution and the integration vs. diameter, disappear. But to keep more or less the same results, we provide "equivalent diameters" for each standard expiration type, which give the same aerosol volume as with the previous implementation of the BLO model in the "No mask" case.

Results from the model are hence little changed at this stage: without mask results are strictly the same, but with mask they can be different, especially in the breathing case.

This MR is an intermediate one, that has little meaning on its own (until the BLO Monte-Carlo model is plugged in), and should not be merged to master.

MR !256 (merged) has to be merged first (this MR is incompatible with the previous way to deal with superspreading events).
