Updated inhaled dose with Infectious virus fraction

Updated inhaled dose formula with f_inf that considers:

  • the host immunity (default as 0.) - added attribute to InfectedPopulation class.
  • the viable-to-RNA distribution - uniform distribution [0.15 - 0.45] - added attribute to Virus class.

Tests need to be updated.
