ipympl (matplotlib jupyter extension) version update
No longer able to import ipympl.nbagg_backend since recent version updates - ipympl 8.0.8.
The issue has now been resolved, so fixing the issue in cara is a case of excluding the 0.8.0 release (such that the next release continues to be picked up).
