Re-enable pipeline on scientific model updates

Luis Aleixo requested to merge feature/scientific_model_update_tests into feature/scientific_model_update

Tests are back:

  • Updated tests according to the following variables: transmissibility_factor, evaporation_factor=0.3 and host_immunity=0.0.
  • Updated test_r0 test with new value from the trapezoidal integration.
  • Updated probability of infection, expected new cases, expected dose and expected emission rate values on tests.

The following MR will contain the tests for the new methods introduced in feature/scientific_model_update branch.
