- Introduced a new <<SqlOnly>> stereotype for attributes and associations,
  which only appear in the SQL schema. Also refactored the way stereotypes
  are handled: enumNoStream has been dropped in favour of declaring the
  corresponding association as DoNotStream.
  Note that because Umbrello does not provide a way to set the stereotype
  of an association (even though the XMI format provides it), we
  hijacked the roles' documentation fields for this purpose.
