update to Lhapdf6.2.3 and versions of generators recompiled with this version of Lhapdf

update Pythia8 to v. 2.35 and interface to SVN tag 00-14-12 i.e. Update UserHooks/ZprimeFlatpT.cxx so that s-hat cuttoff can be set (default remains 3000 GeV) and an additional decay
10	        weight can be included below a settable s-hat (default 0.). The default behaviour is unchanged
Update UserHooks/WprimeWZFlat.cxx to add a new mode switched by WprimeWZFlat:FlattenPT to (duh) flatten the pT spectrum as well as the BW.
6	        The default is the old behaviour

project into the Athena project's configuration. This is to allow us to
fine-tune which externals we want to use in each branch.

Updated the project configuration of Athena to make use of the new files.

Updated the Athena project to build against the latest hash of the
atlasexternals repository. While the update is being tested. This will
have to be changed to an annoted tag once the build is working
correctly.

Updated the package filters file of the Athena project to work correctly
with the latest version of the AtlasCMake code.
