Set kaniko version to latest

Do you think could it be convenient to set kaniko version to its latest version in https://gitlab.cern.ch/ci-tools/container-image-ci-templates/-/blob/master/kaniko-image.gitlab-ci.yml#L25

I.e., to set gcr.io/kaniko-project/executor:debug instead.
