lots of changes needed, notably using kub v1 api (was betav3), changes
in the skydns pod definition, change to use default.svc.cluster.local as
base domain (was default.kubdomain.local).

included regenerating all puppet certs (due to the domain change). certs
now also have dns alt name to their hostname.
