ROOT needs headers for objects in the path

   Missing FileEntry for Core/Objects/interface/Lepton.h
   requested to autoload type DAS::RecMuon
Error in cling::AutoLoadingVisitor::InsertIntoAutoLoadingState:
   Missing FileEntry for Core/Objects/interface/Di.h
   requested to autoload type DAS::Di

This works when running ROOT from the Installer folder, not when using another folder.
