port `ScanCorrections` to be a plain functionality of `correction`

  This reinvents correction summary | grep. Since upstream is responsive, I think they would accept a PR to output a simple list.

  If Core really needs to implement this feature, I think it should be a standalone command so it can be used for e.g. muons.
