Reproducibility of response distributions (JER)
Goal: Compare response distributions as derived by Athens and DAS groups.
This discussion started because during the JER studies by DAS group an offset to the mean of the response distribution
was reported at low pt regions, where this behavior was not observed by Athens group.
Athens setup:
- Reclustering to include low pt jets (according to them this doesnt have any major impact on the distributions)
- Only 3 leading jets considered per event
- Looping over (TBC!)
- Match to closest jet
1) First comparison:
DAS setup:
- Taking jets exactly as in MINIAOD samples (but this probably is negligible, .. not taking the very low pt jets)
- All jets considered per event
- Looping over genjets
- Match to highest pt jet
Result: (talk --> indico page)

TODO list:
Try looping over recjetsTake into account only 3 leading jets per event
