regularisation in unfolding

The rank of E in Eqs. 13-14 in TUnfold reference changes as a function of \tau:

• should one simply exclude values of \tau leading to this case?
• can one adapt the L matrix to ensure that E be invertible for all values of \tau?

This issue is not urgent, as no real need of regularisation has been identified at the moment where the issue is open.
