Installation on Mac OS X system

The installation instructions could be made separately for the Mac OS X. Some differences are already mentioned in the instructions, but here are additional findings:

• gxx must be replaced with clang in prerequisites.yml
• nproc is not known in the default shell, one solution is to prefix the command with NPROC=8
