Implement overlap removal electrons and photons

The spurious diphoton lepton cut will be removed in !287 (merged)

We want to add the overlap removal between electrons/muons and photons. Proposal:

• Replace passing diphotons in https://gitlab.cern.ch/cms-analysis/general/HiggsDNA/-/blob/master/higgs_dna/selections/lepton_selections.py?ref_type=heads#L8 and https://gitlab.cern.ch/cms-analysis/general/HiggsDNA/-/blob/master/higgs_dna/selections/lepton_selections.py?ref_type=heads#L34 by photons
• Implement something like dr_pho_cut = delta_r_mask(muons, diphotons, 0.2) and add this to the mask at the end of the function.
