Added an option to prepare_output_file.py which produces the ROOT files directly in one go.

When one wants to produce data files:

  • Use --root-only together with --type data.
  • If the dataset should be merged together, add --merge-data-only

Similary for MC files:

  • Use --root-only together with --type mc.
  • Normally we run with the systematics, add therefore --do-syst.

Both scenarios are compatible with the execution via Apptainer. Simply add --apptainer, followed by --condor-logs /path/to/your/log/files.
