We should move HiggsDNA from coffea 0.7X to 202X: Better integration with dask, lazy instead of eager and so on. Let us keep the basic processor structure. Need to take care to retire the runners/executors (according to my understanding) and replace with dask. Let us use this milestone to collect related issues and coordinate the effort.

Proposal: Work on a branch in the main repository and work there (can merge into that branch as well) and merge into master when finalised.
