Analysis recipes for JME

Discussion following the meeting on Sept 16th 2024:

• Consider the possibility of adding additional information beyond the proposed csv schema run,lumi,event,PAYLOAD.
• Which support model?
  • The code snippets would need to be supported by the framework authors
  • The code providing the POG truth would be the responsibility of the relevant POGs.
• Make preparatory work in view of the hackathon on two frameworks
  • columnflow (@dsavoiu) and CMSJMECalculators (@jlidrych)
• At the hackathon give the final touches.

This issue is meant to track organization and code development in view of achieving:

• Definition of the POG truth JME would like to provide
• Definition of the code to provide the POG truth
• Implementation of the analysis recipe in columnflow
• Implementation of the analysis recipe in CMSJMECalculators
