CMS detector status (ECAL, HCAL, DT, RPC, CSC) is not correctly displayed.

While the list of trigger systems included is available in RUNINFO, from in CMS.TRG:IncludedSystems but the same variable doesn't contain the status of the detectors. Instead the inclusion status of CMS subdetectors is available as CMS.LVL0:<detector> == 'In'/'Out'.
