Scope Acquisition

If you cntrl C out of the program while the scope is doing acquisition it wont let any other commands go to the scope until its done. Moreover, if you try to start it back up it will give you a connection error because nothing can talk to the scope until it is done with acquisition!

Options: Use the scope status registers to ping for the correct state periodically so it never goes into the WAIT state, then once it is done acquiring you can save.
