More specific:

• update take_runs.py to support self trigger (no more need for setting up scope, maybe just have a new control script?)
• update config.py to add any self trigger parameters. Probably easiest to have a flag that negates everything?
• update etl_telescope.py to support power up in self trigger configuration
• update daq_watchdog.py to support self trigger (no more need for watching scope files)
• update process_binaries.py to support self trigger ie just n etroc files
