Add anomaly detection trigger

Add anomaly detection trigger ADT object with anomaly score cut ADT-ASCORE of type threshold.

Event setup produces new object condition AnomalyDetectionTrigger with AnomalyScore cut. Cut minimum is used as threshold value for firmware and emulator.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
