PS Stub counter readout not implemented
PS modules have a special mode whereby stub counts are sent in place of the standard stub data format.
When in this mode, the StubExtractor module will have to be bypassed, with a new module used to extract the relevant counts from the data stream.
How this data is then presented to the user should be decided, in particular the IPBus schema.
Work is ongoing to implement something similar in the uDTC, should be copied across into this repository as well.
