Testing latest commonsequences branch (v4.2.0)

Common_FullPerformance_Test_Fast was tested with Ph2_ACF v.6.18 with the latest commonsequences branch (it was updated just before running the test). No changes were made to inner-tracker-tests. The test got stuck at the first sequence IVCurve_High. It was left running for 20 minutes with no changes. A photo of the Ph2_ACF interface during this time is attached. For reference, we are using a Keithley2470. In instruments.json, we were unsure if the problem could originate from the hv default_range, which was set to be -120 V.
