Possible typo in HWsettings.py

Line 262: HWSettingsB_GainScan["targetCharge"] = 3300 https://gitlab.cern.ch/chtee/inner-tracker-tests-cz/-/blob/master/HWSettings.py?ref_type=heads#L262

I think this is a typo, where it should be "TargetCharge". This fails the GainScan.
