Speed-up s-bit-scan plotting routines

In addition to the inclusion of the multiprocessing plotting methodology, the analysis and plot routines were split. Indeed, analyze_scan routine was embedded into the main function (helper function) because it was possible to rewrite avoiding "if-else" statements
