Trigger fiber issue on amc-s2e01-14-07

Description

While performing time alignment with the EMTF, we noticed some links not locking. After further investigation, it appears there is no light coming from some fibers from the CTP7 to the EMTF boards.

All the fibers are connected to the board amc-s2e01-14-07 (non-trivial mapping between GEM back-end boards and the EMTF boards). Moreover, the measured RX optical power on some trigger links from the GEM OptoHybrid is low.

The MTP48 breakout fiber seems affected.

Possible fixes

Check the trigger fiber on amc-s2e01-14-07. Clean it, reseat it, fix it, or replace it as needed.
