Instructions about how to use the integration setup are wrong

Summary

It was noticed by @tsheokan that the URL for the SuperSaaS booking page was wrong. Moreover, the setup name as well as the conditions when to book the setup are not specified. This is a bug and must be fixed.

Try to follow the "Running tests" section in the developers' guide.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The booking instructions and conditions are clear and point to the right URL.
