Dropping the IPBus connection file

Summary

At the moment, the IPBus connection file is used only for the AMC13 connection. The connection to the AMC/CTP7 has been replaced by RPC calls. For simplication purposes, one could drop the IPBus connection file and embed the information into xDAQ configuration file.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The IPBus connection file is not required anymore.

Possible fixes

One can open an IPBus connection without a connection file.
