Problems with display of some variable in monitor suite

Summary

Certain variables, namely those related to SCA, do not show up in the monitoring suite. Part of this is because of problems with the rpc code (register names are incorrect) and other are problem with the interface of the monitor's javascript and the input from the c++ code

What is the expected correct behavior?

All cells in the monitor suite should be filled with some number
