Monitoring clean up of displayed strings

Summary

I'd like to propose to change the currently displayed name of the variable related to the OH in the monitoring suite, removing the unnecessary ${OH} in, for instance, OH${OH}.TRIGGER_RATE.

Maybe you can also review if other strings need to be polished. It should be a small/ quick MR.

What is the expected correct behavior?

OH${OH}.TRIGGER_RATE -> OH.TRIGGER_RATE.
