Monitoring FSM in Shelf Monitoring

At the moment, having to opena a tab to initialize or change the monitoring state for each amc is ratehr painful (because at p5 needs to be done 12 times). It would be good to have the possibility to act on the FSM from the shelf monitoring, so to have to do it once per endcap.
