Configure the VFAT HDLC addresses when appropriate
Description
In new releases of the backend firmware, the HDLC addresses of the VFAT are configurable and default to 0. This prevents communication in systems that use the VFAT addressing.
The HDLC addresses must be configured after the backend firmware loading/registers reset.
