Fix the hardware-specific constants for GE2/1

Description

Some hardware-specific constants are known to be missing for GE2/1. They should be added.

This concerns the following constants with a particular interest in GPIO_FPGA_DONE_INPUT that is used during the OptoHybrid FPGA programming step. The other constants are optional and used only for monitoring purposes.
