Implement a unified DAQ data unpacker

Description

No good, unified, unpacker exists in the DAQ at the moment. This must be fixed.

Possible fixes

Information about the data format as well as examples of previous DAQ unpackers can be gathered here and there. The first implementation can target the simplest format, i.e. the AMC Event as produced in the last Phase-II test beam.
