Update external dependencies

Description

The update to CentOS 7.9 of the p5 machines as well as the external dependencies (xDAQ, IPBus, AMC13 libraries) is not going smoothly due to some old dependencies.

Possible fixes

Update external dependencies. Internal dependencies can remain in their current version.
