Produce histograms from tracking data scans

Description

As the title says, there should be a tool, based on the DAQ unpacker, whose task is to produce histograms from the tracking data scans, such as the latency scan and the S-curves. Depending on the scan, different kinds of histograms can be produced. The input format is a RAW file while the output file is a ROOT file containing histograms (or tree?)

Possible fixes

I have some fully working prototype code creating a ROOT TTree from a RAW file that can be used as a base for the work on this issue.
