Incorrect CTP7 in the layout tree(s)

Description

During the GE2/1 demonstrator re-commissioning, @cgalloni noticed that the CTP7 UID in the CMS layout tree were partially incorrect. That is likely due to the recent board replacements aiming at fixing the MiniPOD transmitters.

Steps to reproduce

Trigger the gem-check-layout-tree command on the CMS setup or, possibly, the B904 integration setup.

Possible fixes

Update the uid fields in all the layout trees, based on the recent board replacements.
