Port the QC8 B-Gos related features

Summary

Some features required for data-taking at QC8 have been developed by @sturdy in his private fork. Some (most?) features are particularity interesting (Start and Stop TTC sequences for BX, OC and EC alignment and period ReSync sequences for tests with the calibration routines), they have not been migrated to this new repository.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The previously mentioned features should be ported to the new repository, possibly enhanced (e.g. all TCDS sequences being easily available as defined in the TCDS TWiki page.
