GE11-P-26L1: Large number of maksed VFAT

Following FED 1468 going to TTS Error during Global data-taking, the VFAT corresponding to GBT1 (seen as unstable) and FEAST QA (for a suspected issue) have been masked. That is VFAT 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 14, 15, 16. See e-log 1207931 for more details.

This should be investigated in more detail in order to reduce the number of masked VFAT, if possible.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
