GE11-M-12L2: Large number of masked VFAT

Following FED 1467 going to TTS Error during Global Cosmics data-taking, the VFAT corresponding to FEAST QB have been statically masked due to a suspected FEAST problem. That is VFAT 12, 13, 20, 21, 22, 23. It is a few days/weeks that those VFAT are either masked automatically, reporting no data, or are in some error.

This should be investigated in more detail to understand the situation better and reduce the number of masked VFAT, if possible.
