GE11-M-19L1: broken DAC circuits on VFAT 0, 4, 19
DAC-scanned on 12 August 2024 there are 3 VFATs (0,4,19) with broken DAC circuits.
On Saturday 10 August an HV discharge was registered, followed by an increase in the LV power consumption. Probably some of the damage appeared then.
In the previous DAC scans of 30/07/24, only VFAT 19 appeared already damaged, not the other 2.
