GE11-P-36L1: broken DAC circuits on VFAT21

    After an HV discharge on 15/04/25 at 7:40, in the next calibration pulse scans VFAT 12 showed 128 dead channels, compatible with a problem in the VFAT DAC circuits. Related to this see issue 258.

    Today's calibration pulse scans showed for GE11-P-36L1 also VFAT 21 has 128 dead channels.
