GE11-P-34L1-L: malfunctioning CFG_BIAS_CFD_DAC_2 on VFAT 12

The DAC scan analysis for CFG_BIAS_CFD_DAC_2 on VFAT 12 reports a large chi-square as well as a fitted value outside of range. Could the DAC circuit be broken?
