Update FrontEnd.cc to have the correct definiton of temperature to remove the exceptions

This PR just corrects the definition of BHM[3/10]-B_SHT1_temp_f to BHM[3/10]-B_SHT_temp_f. This was flooding the database with lots of hardware exception

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
