late commits to CVS incorporated

Some packages within the CVS TriDAS tree were updated after the cvs2svn conversion. These late changes shall be incorporated into the new SVN tree to complete the migration.

Associated Sourceforge tickets: [1934604] changed version numbers for bug 1934604 [2796731] jobcontrol: remove config file from qualified exception [2790492] cdaq: add hostInfo flashlist [XXXXXXX] Discontinued to write crc errors to log file at end of run due to permission problems. Now a message is posted to the sentinel.
