ttcp5: fix ttc-mi-freqmeter.conf

The file ttc-mi-freqmeter.conf points to a non-existing ttc.configure file. It should point to ttc-mi.configure instead.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
