Crash in hyperdaq displayPackageInfo with null module parameter

Accessing /urn:xdaq-application:lid=3/displayPackageInfo (also tried with ?module=) on v13.4 or v14.0 causes XDAQ to crash and create a core dump file. It works as expected when accessing through the displayModules interface.

We first discovered this issue because our site regularly scans through webservers on the network and crawls any links it finds, then does additional heuristics to try and break into the webserver.
