Crash in hyperdaq uploadApplication

While working with the new V13.5.0 service upgrade, I can confirm that...

http://:/urn:xdaq-application:lid=3/displayPackageInfo

...no longer crashes.. but now the Fermilab scan caused/identified a new hyperdaq crash:

http://:/urn:xdaq-application:lid=3/uploadApplication

From what I can see in gdb, this "uploadApplication" crash seems very similar to the "displayPackageInfo" that Dainius just fixed (#4489).
