development xaas service

Dear Luciano, dear Dainius,

we are looking into the option of having a development XAAS zone where we can test flashlist, eventing, hotspot, ... To my current understanding we need one machine where we run the corresponding applications, but then the dev zone needs also to be declared/configured somewhere so that the client XDAQ processes are aware of the services. I started to look into that folder /opt/xdaq/share/pixel where - to my current understanding - all the zone definitions should be located. But now I am a bit lost in details. Could you maybe help us to setup a (minimalistic) development XAAS zone with a development XAAS server? This does not have to be (or even should not be) in the P5 network, but could well be in one of our lab networks.
