Add 'XDAQ infrastructure applications' to TCDSCentral

It would be handy to list the higher-level XDAQ 'infrastructure' applications (e.g., xmas::store2g, xmas::slash2g) to a tab in TCDSCentral. This saves one from having to remember all the port numbers of the different applications.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
